Trading Sheet (wide)
The CTTE trading sheet is used by sellers at markets or by anyone who regularly sells.
Buyers enter their account numbers, their names and the details and amounts of their purchases. They also sign the form to confirm that their accounts may be debited by the seller.
The ‘wide’ version (A4 landscape) has lines for recording 15 transactions.

CTTE QR Codes
The left hand QR code is for the CTTE desktop site (https://www.ctte.org.za) and the right hand one for the CTTE mobile site (https://cell.ctte.org.za).
Use them when you want to advertise the CTTE. Those who have a QR code reader on their phones will be able to capture the CTTE website addresses and take it from there.

CTTE Gift Voucher
Give a CTTE gift voucher to a friend who is either a member of CTTE or not. The gift voucher can be used in two ways:
- Provider
Sell your own gift vouchers to other members, either at a market or by advertising them on the site. Fill in what the purchaser will receive from you, e.g. “One hour massage from {your name}, {your contact details}” and the amount that it is worth.
When a bearer of one of your vouchers wants to redeem it for the goods or service you are providing, they simply fill in their name and account number, and give it to you afterwards.
As the purchaser of the voucher, you can of course give it to someone else as a gift, either a member or a non-member of CTTE. Remember to enter your name, account number and signature before giving it. - Giver
If you see something on the Talent Exchange that you would like to give to someone – either a member or a non-member – print out a sheet of gift vouchers and give them one of the vouchers. Enter your name and CTTE account number on the voucher and the amount to cover what the seller is providing (goods or service).
If the voucher is for a specific goods item advertised on the exchange, you will have to contact the seller to reserve the item and explain that it should be given to the bearer of your voucher. If the voucher is for a service, it is still polite to contact the provider to ensure that they are happy to provide the service and will accept your gift voucher.
The provider will debit your account after providing what was stated on the voucher.

CTTE Brochure
A double-sided A4 brochure that can be folded in three.
It introduces prospective members to the basic concepts of the CTTE and CES. Useful for handing out at meetings and events where the CTTE is being promoted.

CTTE Membership Cards
A4 sheet with 10 membership cards. Guidelines are provided for accurate cutting.
These are basic ‘membership slips’ intended for market situations where buyers need to identify themselves.

CTTE Application form
Prospective CTTE members can fill in this form to join the CTTE in situations where there is no computer, e.g. at markets. The form is then given to the administrator who enters it into the system.
