It is now possible to log into your Talent Exchange account with your email address instead of your account number. This feature was added because so many members forget their account numbers and don’t know how to look it up.

Now, whenever you encounter a login form on the CTTE or CES websites, enter your email address if you have forgotten your account number. Your password remains the same. The programming looks up the email/password combination, finds your account number and inserts it automatically. Obviously the email address you use has to be the one recorded in the CES database for you.

If you have forgotten your password as well, you can create a new one by clicking the “Forgotten your account details?” link on any login page. This will take you to the Find Your Account form where you can enter your account number, full name, phone number or email address to find yourself and request a link to change your password.

The administrator has no way of looking up your password as all passwords are held in encrypted form in the database. There is no need to call on the administrator if you have forgotten all your details; they are easy to retrieve.
