Pricing your offerings:
 
  • The currency of the Cape Town Talent Exchange is called the Talent – (symbol: Ŧ)
  • All prices must be in Talents (Ŧ), not in Rands (R).
1 Talent (Ŧ1) ≈ 1 Rand (R1)
The Rand is used simply as a reference for pricing your offerings. There is no ‘exchange rate’ between Talents and Rands, and Talents are not linked or pegged to the Rand. If you can’t price your offering then put “Negotiable” or “Contact me”.

  • Applications with no offerings will not be processed. The Cape Town Talent Exchange is about giving as well as receiving
  • All prices must be expressed in Talents (Ŧ)
  • A Rand (R) component is permissible but it should not exceed the Talent component
